We first worked with Shawn in 2007 to replace the agent we had been working with that didn't get our house sold. We brought Shawn on, and within 2 months, we closed on a deal and were able to move on to our next home.

During that time, Shawn was honest in the home assessment and transparent in his recommendations and reasons behind them. He's well connected with other agents and is a hard working man! He's always responsive and had a solution for the issues we encountered for selling the home. Roof issues, carpets, staging - Shawn's got a guy/gal, and they do their jobs well.

When a relocation had us moving out of our CO home, there was no need to interview Realtors. We had Shawn's number in our phones - a quick call and we were off and running again to sell again. Shawn hadn't lost a step in the years since we last worked with him - fully responded to our questions, was thoughtful in explaining marketing strategy and took care of the home once we left the state to ensure everything was in order.
