Our parameters were tough in this market, but his responsiveness and knowledge of the real estate market in Aurora positioned us to be able to buy the perfect home for us, in a short period of time, at a price we could afford. By far, the absolute BEST real estate professional with whom I have ever worked. I can't imagine working with any other agent in the future. Where to start? My goodness, was the sell of my home an undertaking. At every turn and corner, Shawn and his team did a superior job of overcoming all challenges. I can not speak highly enough of him and recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent. Through some miracle, he was able to assist us and provide all supporting documentation to validate our home listing price. We have 3 children and it is almost impossible to keep the home completely clean 24/7 but his assistant stager Shelley was the hugest help and went above and beyond to get our home ready to show and stay ready. His included service of a complete professional vacuum, carpet clean, deep clean was a life saver!! Moving is always a challenge and something my family absolutely just dreads, but somehow Shawn made it a fun, fluid, and easy experience.
