Where can I even start. Every expectation was exceeded! I was an out of state seller for a house that needed some work. He helped arrange contractors, checked up on their progress and even did a little paint touch-up himself; not that he probably wants me sharing that info ?? Also, the way he presented the offers and used his experience to grade them and present the best. After the offer was accepted, the transaction went off without a hitch. I attribute this to his knowledge and expertise. He has also surrounds himself with the best of the best from assistants to title, to contractors.
There was not any part of the entire experience that I could even describe as less than perfect. Sorry if this seems over the top, but Shawn is just that good! Do yourself a favor and pick Shawn... You will be writing a review like this one before you know it.

I hired him in February of 2017 to sell my house in Aurora and could not have been happier with the outcome.
