Where to start? My goodness, was the sell of my home an undertaking. At every turn and corner, Shawn and his team did a superior job of overcoming all challenges. Where can I even start. Every expectation was exceeded! I was an out of state seller for a house that needed some work. He helped arrange contractors, checked up on their progress and even did a little paint touch-up himself; not that he probably wants me sharing that info ?? Also, the way he presented the offers and used his experience to grade them and present the best. After the offer was accepted, the transaction went off without a hitch. I attribute this to his knowledge and expertise. He has also surrounds himself with the best of the best from assistants to title, to contractors. Our relationship with Shawn Engel began during a very stressful time. My contract at work had suddenly ended, a new position became available in a city we didn’t really know and we had to buy a home over a weekend in a market where homes would go up for sale and be under contract in a day.
